Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify target brokerages, build lead lists, and initiate outbound sales conversations
  • Manage a pipeline of potential brokers and set meetings for account executives
  • Support logistics and scheduling around in-person meetings and events with brokers

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a sales-related role
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
  • Experience in health insurance, start-up environment, CRM systems, and/or sales automation software
  • Mission-driven with a passion for improving the healthcare system
  • Flexible, resilient, and fosters a culture of continuous learning
