Job Summary
Providing comprehensive support and communication to brokers and agencies, the full-time remote Broker Contract Specialist II will manage documentation reviews, ensure compliance with contracting and regulatory requirements, and assist with broker onboarding and data maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze documentation from brokers and agencies to ensure compliance and timely processing of agreements
- Respond to inquiries and resolve broker commission issues while maintaining accurate records in relevant systems
- Support Broker Sales Representatives with account-related issues and participate in process improvement discussions
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of customer service or broker communication experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Salesforce
- Experience in the health insurance or managed care industry is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer service demands
