Job Summary

Providing comprehensive support and communication to brokers and agencies, the full-time remote Broker Contract Specialist II will manage documentation reviews, ensure compliance with contracting and regulatory requirements, and assist with broker onboarding and data maintenance.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and analyze documentation from brokers and agencies to ensure compliance and timely processing of agreements
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve broker commission issues while maintaining accurate records in relevant systems
  • Support Broker Sales Representatives with account-related issues and participate in process improvement discussions
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years of customer service or broker communication experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Salesforce
  • Experience in the health insurance or managed care industry is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer service demands
