Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broker Dealer Advisory Coordinator to support advisory and UMA programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile advisory and financial plan fee billing
• Maintain advisory billing, including fee schedules and account paperwork
• Provide customer service and operational support for advisory projects

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience
• Working knowledge of advisory accounts and systems like NetX360 and Orion
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• High accuracy in processing with attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
