Broker Dealer Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company in the financial industry is seeking a Broker Dealer Operations Coordinator.

Position Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain fee and commission-based advisory or brokerage accounts on the Pershing platform
• Provide customer service and resolve inquiries for advisors, clients, and internal business partners
• Provide operational support for projects and product development/maintenance

Required Qualifications:

• Two years plus related experience
• NetX 360, Pershing, and/or general broker/dealer knowledge beneficial
• Series 6 or Series 7 License preferred
• High attention to detail with high accuracy in processing required
• Effective communication and organizational skills
