Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broker Development Manager to build and grow its pipeline through health insurance brokers and consulting firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage health insurance brokers and consultants to develop relationships aligned with target employer segments
  • Generate qualified employer opportunities and support broker enablement efforts with necessary sales tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and accurate tracking of broker-sourced activities
Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or broker development, preferably in health benefits or HR tech
  • Experience working with health insurance brokers or benefits consultants
  • Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and generate pipeline
  • CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
