Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broker Experience Manager to serve as the primary partner to its broker community, focusing on relationship management, onboarding, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of business brokers and conduct regular check-ins
  • Lead onboarding for new brokers and create scalable enablement content
  • Design and host virtual events to foster community engagement and knowledge-sharing
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Community, or similar roles
  • Experience in marketplaces or professional services preferred
  • Comfortable running customer trainings, webinars, or online communities
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and workflows quickly
  • Experience in startup or fast-paced environments is a plus
