Broker Network Specialist

Job Summary

To support the development and optimization of a high-quality Preferred Broker Network, the full-time remote Broker Network Specialist will manage supplier relationships, assist with client support, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end supplier management, including onboarding and performance analysis
• Serve as a point of contact for broker-related inquiries and support annual billing efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams on special projects and assist with client presentations and RFPs

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with US and Canada real estate transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple teams
• Relocation industry background/knowledge is a plus
• Proactive, well-organized, and a team player with strong problem-solving skills
