Broker Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing mortgage product team, the full-time Broker Product Analyst will manage the Broker Scenario Desk, respond to product inquiries, and assist in the implementation of new product offerings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and respond to product inquiries and guidelines through a Scenario Desk environment
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain competitive positioning
• Create and maintain broker product guidelines and eligibility requirements

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of mortgage loan processing, compliance, investor products, and underwriting guidelines
• Experience as a processor or junior underwriter is considered
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make independent decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and Excel
• In-depth understanding of the mortgage loan landscape and regulatory environment
