Broker Relations Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broker Market Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming consultant and broker inquiries from web and marketing leads
• Source new consultant/broker leads through online research and outreach
• Set up strategic alignment meetings for the consultant and broker relations team

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in sales or marketing within TPA and/or Benefit Administration
• Experience in exceeding performance goals and quotas
• Strong understanding of value-based selling methodologies
• Adept in using Salesforce.com, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with online resources for identifying contacts within target companies
