Job Summary
To support business growth, the full-time Broker Relationship Account Manager will develop and manage relationships with brokers and attorneys, focusing on expanding existing partnerships and acquiring new ones in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and build relationships with new partners to grow the business
- Manage and grow existing pre-settlement and medical lien broker relationships, directing transactions through the submission to funding stage
- Oversee all contact with brokers and attorneys, including initiating contact, following up, and answering inquiries
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- 1-2 years of experience in the pre-settlement or medical lien field is a plus
- Personal Injury knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
