Job Summary
Supporting preferred and developing brokers in the U500 block of business, the remote Broker Relationship Management Specialist will manage day-to-day broker support activities, coordinate meetings, and identify client retention risks while delivering a consistent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for preferred and developing brokers, responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for broker and client meetings, ensuring effective execution and follow-up
- Identify potential client retention risks and escalate concerns while supporting mitigation solutions
Required qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's)
- 1-3+ years of experience in relationship management or a closely related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in a broker or customer-facing role is preferred
- Exposure to project coordination or multitasking in a time-sensitive environment
