Job Summary

Supporting preferred and developing brokers in the U500 block of business, the full-time remote Broker Relationship Management Specialist will manage day-to-day broker support activities, coordinate meetings, and identify client retention risks while ensuring a consistent customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate logistics for broker and client meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups
  • Identify retention risks and escalate concerns while supporting mitigation solutions
Required qualifications
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's)
  • 1-3+ years of experience in relationship management or a closely aligned role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in a broker or customer-facing role is preferred
  • Exposure to project coordination or multitasking in a time-sensitive environment
