Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broker Sales Executive to build and grow their broker channel across the West Coast and Mountain regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and PEO partners
  • Generate pipeline through broker partnerships and outbound efforts
  • Own deals from initial introduction through close
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, PEO, or HR-related sales
  • Experience working with or selling through benefits brokers
  • Existing relationships with brokers strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close new business
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment
