Broker Services Agent

Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to brokers, the full-time remote Broker Services Agent will manage a high volume of inbound calls, assist with inquiries, and ensure timely resolutions while building strong professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from brokers, offering timely and accurate support for various inquiries
• Assist with requests related to application status, system navigation, and troubleshooting
• Maintain communication with supervisors and participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Comfortable working across multiple software systems
• Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
• Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
• Willingness to complete a background check
