Broker Success Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broker Success Associate to enhance the business insurance experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support over email, phone, and chat to brokers and policyholders, focusing on customer experience
• Identify innovative solutions to customer problems
• Assist brokers in navigating the online experience and facilitate quoting, binding, and endorsement processes

Qualifications:

• Combination of education and/or work experience relevant to the role
• 1+ years of insurance experience preferred, but training is available
• P&C license or CPCU designation is a plus, but not required
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role
• Process-driven with a reliance on data and analytics for improvements
