Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broker Support Specialist to guide brokers through the loan process while providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on loan products and underwriting requirements
• Maintain communication regarding condition status and manage a pipeline of active loans
• Act as a liaison between sales and operations, assisting clients with their needs

Required Qualifications

• Three years or more experience in mortgage operations or a mortgage support function
• Preferred experience with wholesale mortgage and Encompass
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Ability to manage priorities and handle difficult situations diplomatically
• Proficient in typing (35 wpm) and operating a 10-key calculator
