Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brokerage Administrative Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors and Regional Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative operations for assigned Financial Advisors and Regional Sales Managers
  • Conduct research and complex data analysis for reports and special assignments
  • Onboard new clients and assist with account transfers and client transactions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field
  • 3 or more years of administrative experience in financial services or sales environment
  • Administrative Support Specialists must be able to affiliate with a Broker Dealer
  • Preferred certifications include SIE, Series 7, Series 63 (or Series 66), and Life, Accident & Health Insurance License
  • Knowledge of investment operations and procedures is preferred
