Brokerage AML Investigator

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Brokerage AML Investigator for a fully remote, six-month contract position, the candidate will manage AML investigation cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance while conducting independent research to identify potential red flags.

Key responsibilities

• Review AML investigation cases for completeness, accuracy, and quality
• Conduct independent research to validate findings and identify potential AML red flags
• Provide feedback to investigators and assess case quality and investigative decisions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of AML experience within the financial services industry
• Experience performing AML investigations involving brokerage accounts
• Strong understanding of AML regulations and suspicious activity detection
• Advanced knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills
