Brokerage Finance Strategy and Operations Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brokerage Finance Strategy and Operations Senior Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Gain a solid understanding of the company's business, strategic priorities, and product roadmaps
• Facilitate communication channels and tactics to support achieving business growth goals and priorities
• Be a thought leader to improve and simplify processes, driving standardization on reporting templates and formats, and build scalable solutions for the future

Required qualifications, training, and education:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Graduate degree preferred
• 7+ years experience in Corporate Finance, Banking, or related financial services field, with demonstrated leadership experience in finance
• Prior retail brokerage experience with a working knowledge of retail Brokerage products, the brokerage sector, and competitive landscape
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead through ambiguity and change
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
