Job Summary

Providing comprehensive support in brokerage operations, the full-time Advanced Brokerage Operations Professional will manage incoming phone calls, process new account documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer member and field phone calls, assist team members, and manage workflow within the brokerage operations team
• Analyze and process complex new business and service transactions, ensuring high-quality member and field satisfaction
• Maintain a thorough understanding of brokerage products, services, and operational policies to provide accurate customer service

Required qualifications

• High School diploma with 1-2 years of related experience in the Financial Services industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Outlook
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in the brokerage industry, focusing on account transfers is advantageous
