Providing comprehensive support for brokerage operations, the full-time remote Brokerage Operations Specialist will manage incoming calls, process account documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming member and field phone calls, manage workflow, and collaborate with service teams
• Analyze and process complex new business and service transactions, ensuring timely and accurate service
• Maintain professional relationships with field professionals and internal business units to enhance customer satisfaction
