Brokerage Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting Empower Personal Wealth's Operations group, the full-time remote Brokerage Operations Specialist will process brokerage operational transactions, review new account applications, and coordinate business processes across internal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Review and set up new account applications, process contributions, and conduct suitability reviews for the Brokerage line of business
- Conduct daily reviews of outstanding applications and customer requests to ensure timely processing and enhance customer experience
- Provide ongoing status updates to clients regarding applications and processing activities while supporting audits and operational projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services
- Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63 FINRA registrations required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience managing escalated situations in a fast-paced environment
