Providing essential support in brokerage operations, the full-time Brokerage Operations Specialist will manage incoming phone calls, process new account documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer member and field phone calls, assist team members, and manage workflow within the brokerage operations team
• Analyze and process complex transactions, ensuring high-quality service and member satisfaction
• Maintain a thorough understanding of brokerage products, services, and operational policies to provide accurate communications to clients

Required qualifications

• High School diploma with 1-2 years of related experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and applicable financial reporting tools
• Strong written and communication skills
