Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brokerage Process Support Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Assist in evaluating business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Support system testing, validation, and implementation activities for technology tools
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation for process improvements

Required Qualifications

1-3+ years of experience in business operations, process support, or data analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data transformation
Familiarity with automation or workflow tools preferred
Experience with CargoWise is strongly preferred
Exposure to process mapping or Lean methodologies is a plus
