Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brokerage Sales Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and supervise a team of licensed health agents to meet/exceed sales goals
• Manage call center activities, including monitoring performance indicators and assisting with escalated calls
• Ensure employees have necessary training and resources, maintain industry knowledge, and meet call center metrics

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience with Medicare Advantage sales and leading a team of 10+ employees
• A current and valid Health License
• 6 months experience in a sales call center environment
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
