Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brokerage Support Analyst to assist with client support operations and ensure a seamless trading experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brokerage clients, assisting with account questions and onboarding
  • Monitor support queues, prioritize urgent issues, and manage account maintenance requests
  • Escalate compliance concerns and help improve customer experience through knowledge base development
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in brokerage support, financial services, or trading operations
  • Familiarity with futures trading, brokerage accounts, or trading platforms
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Intercom
  • Knowledge of futures markets, margin, and risk controls is preferred
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment is a plus
