Job Summary

A company is looking for a BSA-AML Alert Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate accounts and customers alerted by BSA/AML systems for suspicious activities
Perform initial due diligence reviews and monitor KYC processes
Produce narratives to document alert investigations and escalate unusual activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a financial institution or Compliance-related position
Strong understanding of banking regulations, including BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with Verafin software is a plus
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or related certification preferred
