BSA/AML Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BSA/AML Analyst to enhance and improve the BSA/AML/OFAC program and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze transaction monitoring reports to determine the need for enhanced due diligence or investigations
• Fulfill BSA/AML/OFAC regulatory requirements, including filing SARs and CTRs
• Develop expertise in BSA/AML/OFAC controls and recommend enhancements to reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BSA/AML/OFAC-related activities in the financial services industry
• Experience writing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
• Experience conducting financial crime investigations or money laundering monitoring
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
