Job Summary
Working remotely from anywhere in the United States, the full-time BSA/AML Analyst will utilize transactional monitoring and analytical skills to enhance BSA/AML/OFAC controls, identify financial threats, and improve process efficiency across payment platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzing transaction monitoring reports to determine the need for enhanced due diligence or investigations
- Fulfilling BSA/AML/OFAC regulatory requirements, including filing SARs and CTRs
- Developing expertise in BSA/AML/OFAC controls and recommending enhancements to reporting processes
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of BSA/AML/OFAC-related experience in the financial services industry
- Experience conducting financial crime investigations or money laundering monitoring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly strong Excel skills
- Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
