Job Summary
A company is looking for a BSA/AML Officer who will oversee compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the BSA/AML compliance program, policies, and procedures
- Oversee monitoring of customer transactions and ensure timely reporting of suspicious activities
- Conduct risk assessments and manage Customer Due Diligence processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a lead BSA role
- CAMS certification is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage confidential matters discreetly
- Strong research skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
