Job Summary

A company is looking for a BSA/AML Officer who will oversee compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the BSA/AML compliance program, policies, and procedures
  • Oversee monitoring of customer transactions and ensure timely reporting of suspicious activities
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage Customer Due Diligence processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a lead BSA role
  • CAMS certification is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage confidential matters discreetly
  • Strong research skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude
