Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager in BSA/AML Compliance Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a risk-based Quality Assurance (QA) Program focused on BSA/AML compliance obligations
• Manage and build a high-performing team of CQA associates
• Produce metrics-driven QA reports with insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in designing and executing QA programs
• 4+ years of people management experience, ideally managing QA teams in financial services
• In-depth knowledge of BSA/AML laws, regulations, and rules
• Track record of delivering work outcome to budget and quality standards
• B.A./B.S. degree in business, finance, or related fields
