BSA/AML Data Support Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the operational engine behind the BSA/AML Data, Systems & Models team, the full-time BSA/AML & Sanctions Data & Modeling Support Analyst will manage data quality remediation, build and maintain ETL pipelines using Python and SQL, and support Actimize UAT execution while coordinating with offshore resources in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own BSA/AML data quality remediation and build Python and SQL-based ETL pipelines for model-ready datasets
• Execute model monitoring runs and maintain Power BI dashboards for compliance leadership and operational teams
• Lead UAT execution for Actimize go-live and coordinate daily tasks for offshore data and model resources

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline preferred
• Less than 2 years of hands-on data engineering or analytics experience, ideally in a regulated financial services environment
• Strong proficiency in Python for ETL and data processing, and hands-on experience with SQL and Snowflake
• Experience with Power BI for designing operational dashboards
• Basic understanding of BSA/AML concepts and experience coordinating offshore delivery teams in a structured environment
