Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, BSA/AML and Sanctions Governance & Program Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of BSA/AML operational policies, procedures, and standards
- Coordinate BSA/AML training content and ensure alignment with updated procedures
- Serve as a central point for audit and regulatory exam coordination and response tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; CAMS or similar certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in BSA/AML, compliance operations, or regulatory management
- Strong experience with policy/procedure development and audit management
- Ability to write and maintain clear, regulator-ready documentation
- Strong organizational and project management skills
