BSA/AML Governance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, BSA/AML and Sanctions Governance & Program Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of BSA/AML operational policies, procedures, and standards
• Coordinate BSA/AML training content and ensure alignment with updated procedures
• Serve as a central point for audit and regulatory exam coordination and response tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CAMS or similar certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in BSA/AML, compliance operations, or regulatory management
• Strong experience with policy/procedure development and audit management
• Ability to write and maintain clear, regulator-ready documentation
• Strong organizational and project management skills
