BSA/AML Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BSA/AML/CFT Investigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze transactions to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Conduct investigations into suspicious activity and prepare detailed reports for SAR filings
• Gather evidence and support risk management by identifying high-risk members and implementing controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work/educational experience
• Typically 5 years of experience in BSA/AML, bank audit, compliance, or banking operations
• Typically 3 years of experience in financial crime investigations
• CAMS Certification, ACFCS Certification, or ongoing education toward certification
• Solid understanding of BSA/AML/CFT/OFAC regulations and their practical application
