BSA/AML Modeling Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day data infrastructure, the full-time BSA/AML Modeling Analyst will manage data quality remediation, build and maintain ETL pipelines using Python and SQL, and support model monitoring and Actimize UAT execution, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Own BSA/AML data quality remediation and build Python and SQL-based ETL pipelines for model-ready datasets
• Execute model monitoring runs and maintain Power BI dashboards for compliance leadership and operational teams
• Lead UAT execution for Actimize go-live and coordinate tasks for offshore data and model resources

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on data engineering or analytics experience in a regulated financial services environment
• Strong proficiency in Python for ETL and data processing, including experience with relevant libraries
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake/SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Familiarity with BSA/AML concepts and experience coordinating offshore delivery teams in a structured environment
