BSA/AML Operations Governance AVP

Job Summary

Managing vendor relationships and operational reporting, the full-time remote BSA/AML Operations Governance AVP will oversee governance frameworks, maintain key performance indicators, and translate operational metrics into executive deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for vendors and outsourced review providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and quality standards
• Consolidate operational reporting for key risk indicators and performance metrics, publishing regular reports for leadership and regulatory bodies
• Translate complex operational data into actionable insights and narratives for executive reporting, maintaining a structured deliverables calendar

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• Professional certification such as CAMS, PMP, or equivalent preferred
• 8+ years of experience in BSA/AML, compliance operations, risk governance, or program management within banking or fintech
• Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and service levels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into executive-facing deliverables
