Job Summary

Leading a team of analysts, the full-time remote BSA/AML Operations Manager will oversee alert review, case investigations, and regulatory reporting functions across various business lines, ensuring compliance with BSA/AML policies and standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the alert review and case investigation processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to a team of BSA/AML analysts, focusing on performance management and quality control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate high-risk matters and emerging fraud trends
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Criminal Justice, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • CAMS or equivalent AML certification strongly preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in BSA/AML investigations or financial crimes compliance, with at least 2 years in merchant acquiring or payment facilitation
  • Strong knowledge of merchant acquiring risks and card network compliance
  • Familiarity with transaction monitoring and case management platforms such as Actimize or FCRM
