BSA/AML Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of the SAR and CTR filing program, the full-time remote BSA/AML Operations Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while supervising internal analysts and overseeing the quality and timeliness of filings.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the SAR and CTR filing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines and quality standards
• Supervise internal SAR filing analysts and manage the intake and triage of SAR referrals
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication regarding SAR filings

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD, or Master's) preferred
• CAMS certification preferred; CFE, CFCS, or CRCM a plus
• 6+ years of BSA/AML experience, including SAR processing and investigations
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing teams or consultants
• Solid understanding of BSA/AML operations and direct SAR/CTR filing experience within a regulated financial institution
