BSA/AML Operations Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, BSA/AML Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee SAM alert review, case investigations, and reporting activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and report key risk and performance indicators to management and the Board
• Lead root cause analysis for operational issues and recommend risk-based remediation actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CAMS) preferred
• Extensive experience in BSA/AML operations and financial crimes investigations
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams
• Strong knowledge of Actimize, FCRM, and transaction monitoring systems
• Proven ability to engage with regulators and senior leadership
