BSA/AML Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To support compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, the full-time Sr. BSA/AML Quality Assurance Analyst will conduct quality assurance reviews on SARs and investigations, assess documentation accuracy, and prepare QA reports while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews on completed SARs and No-SAR investigations
• Assess the accurate completion of SAR forms and review investigation documentation for compliance
• Identify trends in alerts and SARs to enhance detection and reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of AML compliance experience in a financial institution, MSB, or FinTech
• Experience conducting financial crime investigations or relevant BSA/AML work
• Experience in AML-related quality assurance and training programs
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with excellent Excel skills
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
