BSA/AML Risk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BSA/AML Risk Analyst II to support compliance programs and assess adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance oversight reviews and evaluate internal controls for business lines and third parties
• Serve as a subject matter resource to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Partner with business lines to implement AML initiatives and provide ongoing advisory support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or financial-crime roles with knowledge of BSA/AML/CFT and OFAC requirements
• Familiarity with banking products and services
• Experience in a second line of defense function within a bank, fintech, or payments environment is preferred
• Relevant certification (e.g., CAMS) or progress toward certification is a plus
