Job Summary
Owning the sanctions program, the remote Manager, Sanctions Program BSA/AML & Sanctions Operations will manage remediation efforts, oversee OFAC list governance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the sanctions program workbook, including remediation commitments and OFAC procedure maintenance
- Serve as the business owner of the Bridger screening model, overseeing documentation, reviews, and quality assurance
- Lead OFAC-related risk assessments and maintain examiner-ready program artifacts for audits and examinations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Criminal Justice, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or JD preferred
- CAMS certification required; CGSS strongly preferred
- 7-10 years of BSA/AML or sanctions experience within a regulated financial institution
- 3+ years of people leadership or program-management experience
- Demonstrated ownership of OFAC/sanctions programs and regulatory examination response
