BSA Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Bank Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Bank's BSA/AML/CFT and OFAC Compliance Program
• Conduct and update risk assessments for financial crime, terrorist financing, and sanctions risks
• Oversee transaction monitoring systems and ensure timely regulatory reporting

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in BSA/AML/CFT compliance within a financial institution
• At least 3 years in a management or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC regulations
• Professional certification such as CAMS is strongly preferred
• Experience with BSA/AML/CFT systems and regulatory reporting tools
