BSA Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BSA Compliance Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC regulations
• Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews and identify suspicious activities related to high-risk customers
• Implement internal policies and control procedures to enhance compliance and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in audit, risk management, compliance, or investigative services, or 6+ years in banking
• Proficiency in personal computer skills including spreadsheet and database software
• Ability to read and understand Federal and State laws and regulations
• Knowledge of BSA/AML and OFAC regulations is preferred
