BSA Manager - High Risk

Job Summary

Leading the High-Risk Customer Review team, the full-time remote BSA Manager - High Risk will manage daily operations, oversee enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews, and ensure compliance with BSA/AML requirements while providing coaching and performance oversight to team analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of analysts performing EDD reviews, setting performance expectations and providing coaching
• Own daily operations, including workload planning and case status management, to ensure timely completion of reviews
• Establish and monitor team performance metrics, driving corrective actions and leading quality control initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Five or more years of experience in BSA/AML compliance with direct experience in EDD reviews of high-risk customers
• Prior people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
• Understanding of financial crime risks and red flag indicators for effective risk assessment
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
