BSA Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BSA Specialist II who will support compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews and investigations on high-risk members
• Evaluate escalated AML alerts and prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
• Review and analyze OFAC screening results and FinCEN 314(a) requests

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of recent BSA/AML experience in a financial institution
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with state and federal legal and regulatory agencies
• Ability to manage high volumes of detail-oriented work
• Experience with Verafin is a plus
