Bswift Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bswift Systems Analyst to support technology implementations and provide client support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with managers and users to identify and prioritize systems problems
• Manage client import/exports, payroll/carrier files, and provide on-call technical support
• Conduct data analysis and make recommendations for production problem resolutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, computer science, or information systems
• 2-3 years of application/system analysis/enrollment build experience preferred
• 2-3 years of insurance experience
• 1-2 years of Bswift experience
• Extensive knowledge of computer systems and programming
