Seeking an experienced Budget Amendment Negotiator, the fully remote professional will manage regulatory coordination of clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements while preparing and submitting necessary documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory aspects of clinical research studies within assigned departments
• Prepare, manage, and submit all required study and regulatory documents
• Collaborate with study monitors to ensure timely processing and compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• Experience in regulatory coordination for clinical research
• Knowledge of FDA and university regulatory requirements
• Ability to perform detailed reviews of clinical research protocols
• Familiarity with internal UCLA requirements and sponsor regulations
• Proven track record of managing documentation and compliance processes
