Job Summary

To support the marketing and content budgets within a dynamic Budget Management team, the part-time Budget Analyst for Marketing will manage budget ownership, conduct data analysis and variance reporting, and ensure financial reconciliation in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage functional marketing and content budgets, driving bi-weekly meetings with stakeholders to keep forecasts accurate
  • Analyze large data sets to compare actuals vs. forecasts, identifying variances and presenting insights
  • Audit, reconcile, and actualize data for previous quarters while tracking invoices against forecasted spend
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Budgeting
  • Solid understanding of fundamental Finance and Accounting concepts, particularly accruals and P&Ls
  • Extensive experience with Excel, particularly in auditing and manipulating large data sets
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new financial tools and collaborate with international partners
