Budgets and Contracts Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Budgets & Contracts Associate to support the Budget & Contracts team with clinical trial agreements and related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain electronic files and data for clinical trial contractual agreements
• Track negotiations and ensure timely execution of clinical trial agreements
• Assist in the initiation and processing of contractual amendments and budgets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Life Science, or equivalent experience
• Resourceful with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office suite experience
• Prior experience with clinical trial agreements and budgets is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce and/or LinkSquares is a plus
